To Senior Pastor a congregation of people who, wholeheartedly follow Jesus Christ, value depth in relationships, and intentionally reach those who don’t yet know Him.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Director of Student Ministries, Facility and Property Overseer
Director of Student Ministries: Oversee all aspects of the middle and high school youth departments including: recruiting, developing and deploying adult and student volunteers, management of youth office files, financial records, event attendance, family database, youth department equipment/supplies, coordination of weekly youth worship services and extracurricular events, development and maintenance of youth facilities, administration of adult and student leadership team meetings and the oversight of delegated Middle School Sunday school ministry.
Facility and Property Overseer: Manage all mechanical operating systems, routine maintenance and special projects for a 40,000 sq. foot church facility and surrounding 7-acre property, oversee the Facility Steward Assistant, recruit, develop and schedule volunteers for routine task work and special facility projects, prepare and submit written proposals for senior pastor review.
Additional pastoral responsibilities: Lead transitions in weekend services from worship, public announcements and receipt of the congregation’s offering, weekend service coordination, participate in weekly pastoral staff planning meetings, deliver weekend messages in senior pastor’s occasional absence, assist senior pastor in memorial services, weddings and baptism ceremonies, coordinating team leader for multiple church-wide events serving from 150 to 1000 people.
Highlights:
Mission Team Personnel Leader of 40+ people for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts; Buras, Louisiana; 2006 Volunteer Gold Coast/LANEV Foursquare District Youth Council member: working with a team of youth pastors in the development of youth camps and youth leadership, head group leader for 2006 summer and winter youth camps, camp coordinator for summer 2007 youth camp of 472 people.

Firefighter / Paramedic (dual function) Graduated from extensive firefighter training academy having been nominated for Valedictorian of class, maintained a professional calm while responding quickly to varied 911 emergency environments, maintained all medical and firefighting certifications through continued education, highest medical authority for all medical related incidents, coordinated pre-hospital medical efforts with LA County USC and UCLA Medical Centers, as well as conducted business, commercial and brush inspections and routine fire station and apparatus
maintenance.
Highlights:
Public Information Officer during televised Malibu Fires: Spoke to general public and multiple news agencies, invited and participated as a member of the Malibu Fire Burn Over Incident Investigation team, trained 6 firefighters assigned to Fire Station 125 in ladder truck “tiller” driving skills and operations, speaker for multiple fire station tours, public and private school visits and public educational events, trained Youth Explorer Cadets and Paramedic interns.

Entered the company as a basic life support EMT-1A, temporarily left the company to attend Daniel Freeman Paramedic School and returned as a paramedic. Responded to varied 911 medical emergencies with Ventura County Fire Department as the highest pre-hospital medical authority.
Highlight:
Volunteered to help pioneer the expansion of the company in City of Ventura when Courtesy Ambulance went out business in 1991.

Crew Leader
Completed training camp then sent to Humboldt County California to be a member of a forest firefighting hand crew in position of Lead Sawyer (chainsaw), built 800 square foot barn for Fortuna High School, formed and poured approximately 600 feet of concrete sidewalk for the Humboldt Fire Center.
Highlight:
Promoted to Crew Leader of 15-person crew.
